Rangiku Matsumoto Cosplay

Never heard of Rangiku Matsumoto?
Then you're not watching the right anime.

Matsumoto is from an anime called bleach where she plays a lieutenant of the 10th division. She is a perfect example of the over use of giant boobs in anime but that shouldn't stop hot women dressing up like her.
In the link below there are numerous pictures of different women all dressed like Matsumoto and have the tits to match. While I admit some of them might be but-her faces it's not like we spend a lot of time looking there anyway. Am I right?

So enjoy the cosplay as it is, you will  be much happier.

Fallout Vegas Prostitution

New Fallout Vegas Mods sprout just as radioactively contaminated mushrooms. We browsed a bit and are partly quite bizarre mods for Fallout: New Vegas encountered. Has generated interest - large obligatory nude patch - such as the addition of accessible are other, sometimes even more bizarre mods released, that in the game world of Fallout: New Vegas "Pimpin" can - in the true sense of the word!
For the mod "Animated prostitution" does exactly what its name promises: visits to the curb swallows run after the installation is no longer behind closed doors down, but you get to see an animation of the love game. As the game has received no Wii, only adults are able to "enjoy" this demonstration. Nevertheless, we would be interested in your opinion: Is this overkill?

Crysis 2 Footage

I know when the first Crysis came out I had a hard time running it. Now Crytek is coming out with their third Crysis game "Crysis 2" (Crysis 2 because Crysis: Warhead was the second).

So enjoy some footage and hopefully it doesn't blow up my computer when it comes out.

244,000 Germans Opt Out of Google Mapping Service

BERLIN — Google on Thursday said 244,000 people in Germanyhad asked the company to remove images of their houses and apartments from its Street View maps, but that the requests would not derail its plans to activate the service this year.
The figure was in line with what German data protection officials had previously estimated. The officials predicted that several hundred thousand people would opt out.
In a blog posting on its Web site, Google said 2.9 percent of the 8.5 million households in Germany’s 20 largest cities had opted out of the service.
“This shows that 97 percent of German households have no problem with Street View,” said Kay Oberbeck, a Google spokesman in Hamburg. “We have gone out of our way to make sure everyone’s concerns have been addressed.”
Mr. Oberbeck said Google had hired 200 people in Hamburg and Munich to validate and process the requests before Street View is activated. In addition to adjusting the photographic database, Google has sent residents requesting the removal their houses unique PIN numbers by postal mail in an effort to verify the veracity of each request.
Google has been working to make amends with privacy regulators in Germany over Street View, and over personal data that Google inadvertently obtained off unencrypted Wi-Fi routers while collecting information for the service.
Google agreed with the government last year to let Germans opt out of the service after data protection officials in the northern states of Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg protested the compiling of photographs of German homes.
Under its pact with German data protection officials, Google is blurring the image of entire apartment buildings even if just one apartment resident has requested to be removed from the archive.
In cases in which entire apartment buildings are blurred, Mr. Oberbeck said that Google would keep ground-floor businesses visible, unless proprietors requested otherwise.
The concessions were the first time Google had allowed residents of any country to opt out of Street View before the service is up and running. Residents in other countries can e-mail Google to request their homes be removed, but only once Street View is active. Street View will be available in 32 countries, including 10 in Europe.
Mr. Oberbeck said that while Google still intended to go live with Street View this year, the company did not know exactly when that would happen.
Google is working with several governments in Europe to settle investigations into the company’s collection of personal data via Wi-Fi routers.
Canada on Tuesday also said the company had violated its privacy laws by obtaining personal data from Wi-Fi routers during a Street View sweep. Google said the violation was the result of a “careless error.”
Google has consistently blamed human error for the collection of such data.
After initially balking, Google in September gave German data officials a copy of the data it had mistakenly collected there. German data officials say they are evaluating the data Google provided.
The company faces both an administrative inquiry and a criminal investigation in Hamburg.

Kinect Issues

Microsoft has warned users that the Kinect will only work properly if you have a very tidy, huge room to put it in.
According to a new YouTube video (see below), the motion-sensing device will not work properly if you have a messy room. The video explains that a flat floor works as a reference point for the unit to work.

'If you have a very cluttered floor with clothes all over the place and we can't get a good look at the floor - it's a great thing if people can clean that up and move things out of the way,' said Kinect spokesman Mark Plagge.

Also you can’t place the Kinect on the Xbox (too noisy with all those fans working overtime) and putting it on a speaker is out of the question too (which most people would do first).

Previous suggestions for getting the best out of the Kinect was to play with the device “about six foot away”, precluding those of us in small flats and houses. Put the sensor above the TV (becasue you are running out of places to put the darn thing) and you have to add another foot on top of that.

Also, spotlights or uneven lighting affect the operation of the Kinect.

It has also emerged that the Kinect had its internal processor dumped from the design, relying solely on the Xbox 360’s own chip to carry out the processing.

The Kinect is in the shops from 10 November for £130 but with all those problems, is it still worth buying? Please add your comments below.

Halo:CE HD Remake

Possible with the engine Reach

As we are told by a source close to Microsoft Game Studios, the software house would already preparing Industries 343 Halo 4, the fourth chapter of the Halo series. To ease the wait, which separates the output of the title not expected before the year 2012, it seems that developers are considering the idea of reproducing the first chapters using the graphics engine of the recent Halo: Reach, bequeathed by Bungie team.
This would be a clever move: to exploit the franchise created years ago and still difficult to counter.
It starts immediately with the high definition version of Halo Combat Evolved, was born in 2001 on the Xbox console, which are said could come out even to the end of March 2011. But not everything is decided. Much would depend both on the willingness of 343 Industries to compete immediately with the largest user of Xbox Live without waiting for the fourth chapter and then proposes an FPS world famous, and how the community of gamers will want a repetition of the series.
And according to the source, Microsoft would have asked for this to Epic Games to postpone the release of Gears of War 3, taking the time to improve and raffianare their title, and allow greater visibility to the adventure of Master Chief.

Cosmo Looking Out For #1

I came across an article today that all women and men should read because it pertains to both genres, in the category of gaming.

The article suggested your girlfriend take you to an arcade for a date or even get a Wii for you both to play. Apparently gamer girls have sex, on average, four times a week, not only that but are more likely to go for the dirty stuff as well.

So if you ever get the chance to, hit up a gamer chick because you will more than likely get all the sex you want.

Black Ops Clipping on One of First Cutscenes

We all hope that when a game comes out it gets enough testing that none of the general public will be able to see any of the simple 3D errors that come in most games. In black ops they messed up in on of the first cut scenes and it makes me sad face.

Look at the guy in the side seat clipping into the seat itself.

P.S. I'm a little drunk sorry if there's any grammatical errors.

Nathan Fillion to play Nathan Drake

There's plans for a movie based onUncharted: Drake's Fortune for the Sony PlayStation 3 kicking around Hollywood these days with David O. Russell currently reported to be attached to the project as director.  As Deadline reports, Tom Donnelly and Josh Oppenheimer wrote the first draft of the screenplay.  Yes, those names are all well and good, but who will play the hero of the story, Nathan Drake?  While I'm sure there are plenty of actors who would want to step into Drake's action-packed shoes and snarky personality, one familiar face is openly campaigning for the role by entreating his fans to raise the flag and spread the word.  Nathan Fillion of Firefly and Castle fame has his eye on Drake according to his Twitter account:
If ever there was a Twitter campaign, let this be it. Rise, ye Browncoats. Rise, ye Castillions. RISE!
Personally, I think it'd be brilliant casting.  Fillion has already shown that he can play the Drake archetype, plus he has his Big Damn Heroes reputation going for him.  While I can't think of any examples of the Internet's sheer force of will leading to an actor being cast as the lead in a major Hollywood film, stranger things have happened and Browncoats have done the impossible before.

WoW Patch 4.01

Today is a big patch day for WoW, obviously for those who don't play you will find this entry boring, but for those who do you all know what patch 4.01 is.

4.76 GB of updated UI and supposedly the pre-cataclysm quest entered in the major cities as well as earthquakes in the eastern kingdoms. I don't know about any of you but the video that caught my attention the most is the Worgen starting area so that will be first on my list of characters to make. I don't have a preference to a side, I play both Alliance and Horde but my main is on horde.

These are the main changes.
Death Knights
Runes
The way in which runes regenerate has been changed. Rather than each rune type (Blood, Frost, Unholy) regenerating simultaneously, they now fill sequentially. For example, if you use two Blood runes, then the first rune will fill up before the second one starts to fill up. You essentially have three sets of runes filling every 10 seconds instead of six individual runes filling every 10 seconds. This allows the death knight rotation to be more forgiving, so that the player can take advantage of things like ability procs or respond to movement. This system makes it a little easier to get back on track without six separate runes now “out of sync” from the standard rotation.
You’re a Bloody Tank
•The time has come to dedicate a death knight talent tree to tanking, and that is what is in store for the Blood tree. We felt that we could offer a more focused and polished tanking tree rather than having to scatter similar tools throughout the trees. This also allows us to really focus the other trees into more flavorful damage-dealing specializations.
Runic Empowerment
•This mechanic allows for runes which were on cooldown to instantly activate, which prevents the rotation from becoming too predictable and boring.
Druids
Eclipse
•This is a new mechanic being added for Balance druids. The resource is managed through a new bar near the health and mana bars. As the druid casts Arcane spells, the bar moves towards the sun element until the druid achieves a Solar Eclipse, which buffs Nature damage. The goal is then to cast Nature spells, until the bar moves toward the moon element, which triggers a Lunar Eclipse and buffs Arcane damage. The gameplay becomes trying to quickly move the bar from one end to the other in order to maximize each Eclipse buff.
Hunters
Focus
•This is a new resource which has replaced mana. Hunters never felt like they should be casting mana-based spells, and having a resource that lasted for a long time and then was painfully gone didn’t lead to compelling gameplay.

Windows 7 OS

Windows released their new phone OS and it claims to be the iPhone killer.

The new windows OS has a  lot of similarities with the Zune dashboard and sliding technique of the iPhone. The new tile function of the OS promises to be innovative and create living breathing tiles to make it feel like your phone is alive. It has a hub strategy where the entire screen is a slide that you just scroll through horizontally. The ability to use Microsoft office and all it' features. According to the article the OS has a lot of apps and useful ones at that.

You can play most of your arcade games from your Xbox 360 on the phone but not only that you can always continue exactly where you left off if you need to go somewhere.
Finally we have Microsoft Mesh where you sync and share across all your platforms making it the universal digital set up.

For any game developers the launch of the windows 7 OS came with an in-house mobile game studio.

Microsoft Kinect

Microsoft Kinect is soon to be released, and I have to say that no one is excited.

I've watched many videos over the years looking at the production of this piece of hardware and as a separate piece of technology it is impressive but with the xbox it just ruins the image. I understand Microsoft's desire to take what the other consoles have and make it better but they made a camera that interacts with you on the Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 is not an interactive exercise console, that's called a Wii, the xbox 360 is for FPS for the most part considering that the genre owns almost 90% of the Xbox live community, not counting arcade.

Once you get a Kinect you will also have to accommodate for the room you will need to play these games. They all require almost full body movement and more than likely I can see some kicks to the coffee table at your side.

I can't fully make fun of Microsoft's attempt for motion capture because they are looking ahead in terms of how to interact with games, but as it stands I have not heard of any games looking to fully adapt with this piece of technology to make it Kinect friendly.

10'000$ Just Cause 2 stunt

Square had a contest to perform a stunt in the game "Just Cause 2" in which the player with the best stunt would win a 10'000$ cash prize. Here is the video of the winner, I know it probably looks simple but I'm assuming for 10k it was something challenging for everyone.

Microsoft's New Xbox Live Update

1. Improved voice quality: the audio codec is being updated to improve Xbox LIVE Party chat audio quality. So grab your friends and jump into a multiplayer game, catch a big sports event, watch a movie or do all three.
2. Improved experience for changing your Gamertag: choosing a new Gamertag? If the Gamertag you’re looking for is already taken, your Avatar will spin a wheel and we will provide five other Gamertag suggestions at a time for you to choose from.
3. Streamlined in-dashboard virtual keyboard: we’ve taken the existing QWERTY keyboard in-dash and made it easier to use for scenarios that involve repeated text entry, for example when signing up for LIVE within the dashboard.
4. Improved Xbox LIVE Marketplace UI and browse experience: the Games Marketplace has been re-organized to provide streamlined access to the games and content you want, reducing the number of steps it takes to get to a download.
5. Avatar changes: we’ve made your Avatars slightly more proportional so you can better play Kinect games
6. Easier to get on a wireless network: trying to connect to a wireless network? With the next update, you’ll see a list of all the wireless networks within range when you go into network settings. From there, you’ll be able to select a new network or further configure the network you’re connected to.
7. Ability to sign-out other controllers in the sign-in UI: we’re adding the ability to sign-out profiles on other controllers in the sign-in UI within the Guide. This is especially useful when playing games like Rock Band.
8. New browse experience for 100% completed games: you spent a lot of time and effort earning those Achievements, so instead of only being able to view your first dozen completed games, we’re giving you a new and better way to browse all of them.

Complete copy paste. Lazy Day.

My friend is currently testing out the beta and here are some of his ideas.

- The guide during gameplay appears much smoother and has no delay like the current guide.
- Scrolling through blade son the dashboard seem to have smoother transitions betweens each one.
- Xbox loads quicker into the dashboard when first turning on the xbox.
